Sarah Ford QC and Malcolm Birdling will give practical presentations on the role of the CMA in enforcing consumer law and the nature of court proceedings when the targets contest the CMA’s assessment and proposed remedies.  James Flynn QC will introduce the discussion and make some remarks on possible changes to the enforcement regime, as well as moderating questions from the online audience.
