Jemima Stratford KC and Richard Howell are speaking on behalf of Brick Court Chambers at Milbank LLP covering the following topics:

Jemima’s EU/international and competition expertise ranges from FRAND licensing to pharmaceuticals, and from free movement to financial services. She is regarded as one of the leading Silks in regulatory matters. Jemima has appeared in more than 50 cases in the General Court and Court of Justice in Luxembourg. Her domestic practice includes competition law cases in the CAT, Commercial Court and Patents Court.

Richard specialises in competition law, notably statutory judicial reviews in merger and subsidy control cases, and accepts instructions in commercial cases. He has appeared led at all levels up to the Supreme Court and unled in the Court of Appeal, High Court, Upper Tribunal, Competition Appeal Tribunal and Family Court.
